Children's Yoga and Tutoring

Classes & Workshops
Monday and Wednesdays: Private Meditation & Child-Centered Yoga Classes available upon request! (for families with children up to age 17). Each class is created to meet your family or children's needs. $85/hour at your home,school or community center (mileage may apply!)
Satursday/Sundays/Holidays: Zen YOGIS Workshops for Girls and Boys ages 8 & up Workshops and Parties are available from 9:30-11:30am or 1:30-3:30pm the 1st Weekend OF Each Month! COST: $30/per Yogi -Yogis should wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat & water bottle. Each Workshop/Party will Include Yoga, Meditation, Expressive Craft, Healthy Living for Body and Mind Activity and Gift for the Host Child. * Great for troops, groups and friends!
